EQ Café: Optimism & Courage

Cultivating and increasing optimism is becoming a challenging task in these uncertain and turbulent times. However, we can still rely on our values and emotional intelligence to face difficult situations. One of the key values that can help us is courage. Having the courage to face challenges and persevere through adversity can enable us to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals. When combined with optimism, courage can create a powerful force that can help us weather any storm.
